The AMA seal of quality is an independent assessment of quality that satisfies more stringent criteria and shows that the food in question is completely traceable.
Each product given the AMA seal of quality satisfies requirements that go beyond what is set out legally and is objectively examined. Inspections are carried out at all production and processing stages until the product reaches the store. Regular inspections are carried out by independent, specialist inspectors alongside the company’s own monitoring procedures. At the moment only turkey from WECH and PÖTTELSDORFER carries the AMA seal of quality and is therefore 100% Austrian.
