A large part of our production is now fully automated. Such automation enables our poultry to be quickly and accurately processed. Our state-of-the art systems mean that products can be cut, calibrated and evenly prepared in boxes based on weight depending on customer requirements. Such precision and efficiency means we can always supply our customers with premium quality products.
More than just peck-aging.
We offer a variety of packing options to best suit the varying requirements of all our customers. Alongside typical packaging in containers, we can also package our poultry in shrink-wrapped bags or vacuum-skin packaging. Such flexibility ensures that our customers receive fresh, safe products from us.
Many tanks!
Sustainability is a key part of our corporate philosophy. Our shrink tanks for energy recovery are one example. These tanks use the heat that has arisen during production and recover some of it. This measure considerably reduces energy consumption and underlines our efforts to make production more sustainable.
We strive for sustainability.
Photovoltaic systems have been installed at our first locations. These units enable us to cover part of our energy requirements via solar power. The savings due to these systems is often over 20%, which means that this doesn't just reduce our operating costs, it also reduces our ecological footprint.
Live animal and cold chain logistics? We hen-dle it.
All our live animal and cold chain logistics operations take place in-house. Our in-house logistics mean we are flexible and can ensure that our cold chain is completely closed. This is of paramount importance for ensuring the quality and freshness of our products, enduring our customers get only the very best.
